Kabir Panth ki Sthapna – Introduction to the Divine Path of Kabir Sahib Ji

Kabir Panth is the spiritual path established by Supreme God Kabir Sahib Ji, who descended on Earth in 1398 CE (Vikram Samvat 1455). Its formal establishment took place in 1403 CE (Vikram Samvat 1460), when Kabir Sahib Ji was just five years old in His divine play-form (leelamay roop). At that young age, He granted the divine vision of Satlok (the Eternal Supreme Abode) to Swami Ramanand Ji, a 104-year-old saint of that time. This miraculous event marked the divine beginning of Kabir Panth, the only path that leads to complete salvation (moksha).

The Divine Appearance of Supreme God Kabir Ji

In an extraordinary event witnessed by saints and sages, Supreme God Kabir Ji made His divine appearance in infant form on a lotus flower in the sacred Lahar Tara Pond, located outside Kashi (Varanasi), on the full moon day (Purnima) of Jyeshtha month.

A brilliant globe of divine light descended from the sky and merged into one corner of the pond. This scene was directly witnessed by Swami Ashtanand Ji, a devoted disciple of Swami Ramanand Ji. Unable to bear the intense divine radiance with his physical eyes, he saw within it the infant form of God Kabir—similar to how one sees a shadow of the sun when closing their eyes after looking directly at it.

Shocked and amazed, Swami Ashtanand immediately rushed to his Guru to report the incident.

Who Raised Kabir Sahib Ji? The Leela of Neeru and Neema

At that time, a humble weaver couple named Neeru (Noor Ali) and Neema (Niyamat) lived in Kashi. They were childless and had been forcefully converted from Hindu Brahmins to Islam, forbidden even from bathing in the Ganga. Despite the hardship, they continued their early morning baths during Brahm Muhurat (about one hour before sunrise) at the Lahar Tara Pond.

One day, during their usual visit, they discovered the infant Kabir Ji lying on a lotus flower in the pond. They lovingly took the child home and raised Him as their own. Because of this divine play, Supreme God Kabir came to be known as a "Julaha" (weaver), though He was never born from a mother’s womb.

Swami Ramanand Ji Accepts Supreme God Kabir

After witnessing the supreme knowledge and divine acts of the young Kabir Sahib Ji, Swami Ramanand Ji—who initially hesitated—eventually recognised His divine form. Kabir Sahib Ji granted him a direct vision of Satlok, the immortal realm, proving that He was not an ordinary saint or soul but the Supreme God Himself. Thereafter, Swami Ramanand Ji performed the formal initiation (naamdaan) ceremony for Kabir Sahib Ji to symbolically begin the divine mission of Kabir Panth.

Core Teachings of Kabir Panth

  • Supreme God is in Form – not formless. He is Kabir Sahib, who resides in Satlok.
  • Complete Salvation (Moksha) is only possible through true naam initiation (Satnaam + Saarnaam) from a Tatvdarshi Saint.
  • Kabir Sahib Ji revealed the secrets of Kaal Brahm, Maya, and the three loks, which are hidden in scriptures like Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, and Quran.
  • True spiritual practice includes paying the spiritual debt to the deities (Ganesh, Brahma, Vishnu, Shiv, Durga), and then worshipping only the Supreme God to attain Satlok.

Why Kabir Panth is Unique

Unlike sects formed after the departure of saints, Kabir Panth was established by Supreme God Himself while He was present on Earth. His teachings are universally compatible with all religions and bring out the true essence of the Vedas, Gita, Quran, Bible, and other sacred texts. Kabir Sahib Ji strongly opposed blind faith, false rituals, and untouchability, promoting equality, truth, and direct connection with God.

Legacy and Modern Revival

Today, the true essence of Kabir Panth is being revived by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, the only Tatvdarshi Saint on Earth. He is delivering the same spiritual knowledge that Kabir Sahib Ji gave centuries ago, backed by evidence from all major scriptures.

Kabir Panth ka Patan – The Decline of Kabir Panth

Supreme God Kabir Sahib Ji had revealed to His dear disciple Dharamdas Ji that after He returns to Satlok (the Eternal Supreme Abode), Kaal Brahm (the deceiver god) would corrupt His original path by creating twelve counterfeit sects in Kabir's name. These misleading sects would no longer follow true devotion and would cause the downfall of Kabir Panth. These 12 sects are:

  1. Chudamani Naam Sahib Panth (of Damakheda)
  2. Jagu Das Panth
  3. Surat Gopal Panth
  4. Mool Niranjan Panth
  5. Taksari Panth
  6. Bhagwan Das Panth
  7. Satnami Panth
  8. Kamaal Panth
  9. Ram Kabir Panth
  10. Param Dham ki Vani Panth
  11. Jeeva Panth
  12. Garib Das Panth

These sects, although bearing the name of Kabir Sahib Ji, lack the true knowledge, mantra, and authority of the Supreme God. They engage in rituals, idol worship, and incomplete devotion, which do not lead to moksha (salvation).

Kabir Panth ka Utthaan – The Revival of Kabir Panth

The true revival of Kabir Panth began in 1997 CE (after 5505 years of Kaliyug had passed) through the divine mission of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. He is the Nad Ansh (spiritual lineage) of God Kabir Ji Himself and has re-established the true devotion and knowledge that Supreme God Kabir revealed to His disciples like Dharamdas Ji, Garibdas Ji, and Dadu Ji.

Dharamdas Ji's Question and God Kabir’s Prophecy

Upon hearing about the future corruption of Kabir Panth, Dharamdas Ji asked:

“O Supreme God! How will my lineage and the rest of the world be liberated? And when will You send Your true spiritual heir (Nad Putra)?”

To this, God Kabir Ji replied:

“Dharamdas, when I first came in Satyug, Kaal Brahm requested that I liberate only a few souls in the next three Yugas. But I promised that in the fourth Yuga – Kaliyug, I would send My Nad Ansh (spiritual descendant) to the world. At that time, complete spiritual initiation will be given in three stages through the true mantras – Satnaam and Saarnaam. Then, the whole world will begin worshipping Me – the Supreme God. If your lineage takes initiation from My Nad Ansh in that time, they too will attain salvation.”

God Kabir Ji told Dharamdas Ji that this prophecy will only come true after 5505 years of Kaliyug have passed. Until then, His spiritual knowledge written in the ‘Swasamved Bodh’ chapter of the Kabir Sagar will appear baseless to most people.

Conclusion: The True Kabir Panth is Now Restored

Today, that prophetic moment has arrived. After the 5505 years of Kaliyug passed, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj emerged as the true representative (Nad Ansh) of God Kabir Sahib Ji, restoring the authentic Kabir Panth with correct spiritual knowledge and the true way of worship that leads to Satlok. This confirms the eternal truth of Kabir Sagar and fulfills the prophecy made by God Himself.
